- Our standard shipping charge is £3.45, this is applied to all orders. We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days of the order being placed.

- Returns & Replacements
- If you have a problem, or are dissatisfied with your purchase, then you can return the items to us within 28 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging and condition.All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.
- Returns Procedure:-
- Please email us at customercare@trevorsorbie.com and request a stamped address envelope to return the items to us free of charge, please also advise us of the items being returned. An envelope will be sent out immediately for you to return the products to us free of charge. When returning products please include your full name, address, telephone number and order reference number with the items.Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, please allow up to 7 working days for the refund.

- You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. Upon acceptance of the order you will be charged.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price. Where we charge separately for shipping.
