To get bouncy hair, follow the tips below from Trevor and his stylists:

1. For maximum lift and bounciness hair needs to be layered. This decreases the weight and makes it easier to get lift and volume into the style. Talk about the effect you want to achieve with your hair dresser next time you are in the salon.
2. Build body as you shampoo by using a shampoo and conditioner that gently cleanses whilst building volume and making hair feel and look thicker. Our Beautiful Volume shampoos and conditioners are great for this as they give volume by smoothing the cuticles of your hair.
3. Volumising sprays are brilliant to use, as they give body and volume whilst dramatically reducing static. Simply just spray liberally and evenly onto damp hair, then comb through and style as desired.
4. When blow-drying try holding your hair upside down and brush the roots away from your head and across your head in different directions; this naturally builds volume.
5. To finish your hair and maintain that weightless bounce choose a light finishing product, a shine spray that moisturisers, smoothes and protects is ideal. It also temporarily seals split ends so hair flows better.
6. Rollers are also a great way of building bounce, just rough dry your hair with your head held forwards, and then mist with Volumising Spray, divide hair into sections and roll onto rollers. Give them  a quick blast with the hair dryer for a few minutes and leave your hair to cool, remove rollers and dress by running hands through hair.
