Here are some general tips from Trevor and the team about washing your hair…
- If you have either long hair or curly hair, use a wide-toothed comb to detangle your hair as much as possible prior to wetting.
- Use warm water; if it is too hot it will increase the release of sebum and if it is too cold the shampoo won’t penetrate.
- How much shampoo you need depends on how much hair you have but professional shampoos (like Mg) are more concentrated than cheaper ones, so you may need less than you have previously used.
- When applying shampoo pay particular attention to the front hairline, nape and around the ears where hair tends to get the dirtiest.
- The most common cause of dull hair is inadequate rinsing, so rinse, really thoroughly in clean warm water.
