DELIVERY & RETURNS
Shipping & Delivery
Our standard shipping charge is £3.95 which is applied to all UK orders. We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days of the order being placed, with the exception of national holidays.
Privacy & Security
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. Upon acceptance of the order you will be charged.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
Returns & Replacements
If you have a problem, or are dissatisfied with your purchase, then you can return the items to us within 7 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging and condition. All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience.
We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.
Please email us at email@example.com to advise you wish to return the item(s) and the reason why you are returning the goods. The cost of returning the items(s) is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty.
When returning products please include your full name, address, telephone number and order reference number with the items. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible and will include your original postage cost of £3.95, please allow up to 7 working days for the refund.
